Terms and Conditions – IPTV Smarters Pro Subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IPTV subscription services offered by IPTVSmartersPro.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. IPTV Subscription Service

We provide access to IPTV content using third-party apps like IPTV Smarters Pro, Tivimate, and others. We are not affiliated with IPTV Smarters or any media content provider. Our service offers digital IPTV login credentials that you input into your preferred app.

2. Delivery & Activation

All IPTV plans are delivered manually via WhatsApp or email within 5–30 minutes after payment. Login credentials and setup guides will be sent based on your device. We recommend the IPTV Smarters Pro app for all users.

3. One Connection Policy

All subscriptions (including Lifetime Plans) are for one device connection only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect sharing or multiple IP logins, your account will be permanently disabled without refund.

4. Content Responsibility

We do not host or control any of the content streamed. Channels and VOD libraries are sourced via global providers. We do not guarantee the availability of specific channels or categories at all times.

5. Device Compatibility

Our IPTV service supports: Firestick, Android, MAG, iOS, Smart TVs, Windows/macOS. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their device and internet speed (minimum 15 Mbps) are suitable for streaming.

6. Payments

Payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrency. Payment must be completed before IPTV activation. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once login credentials have been sent. We strongly recommend requesting a 24-hour test before purchase to evaluate service quality.

8. Support

Our team offers full support via WhatsApp and email. We provide setup guidance and help with app configuration, but we are not responsible for third-party app errors or device issues.

9. Service Duration

1-month, 6-month, 12-month, and Lifetime (5-year) plans are clearly stated. Service starts from the moment credentials are delivered. You are responsible for activating the service promptly.

10. Legal Notice

By using our service, you agree to use it only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any misuse, rebroadcasting, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
